EVault Appoints Donna Sparks, Vice President of Operations and Victor Neeley, Vice President of Sales

Emeryville, Calif. – November 22, 2005 – EVault, Inc., the experts in online backup and recovery, today announced the appointment of Donna Sparks as vice president of operations and Victor Neeley as vice president of sales. Sparks will oversee customer and technical support as the company continues to focus on expansion. Neeley will oversee North America's service sales.

Sparks joins EVault with over 10 years executive experience in customer support. She most recently served as the vice president of global customer support for Informatica where she oversaw all aspects of implementing and managing a world-class global customer support team. Prior to that, she was vice president of global customer support for Cognos Inc. and previously served as Cognos' vice president of software engineering where she managed over 150 software developers responsible for product development and support.

Sparks holds a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Neeley joins EVault with over 13 years executive sales leadership, most recently serving as the national director of the business sales division for T-Mobile where he managed a direct field sales organization with over 500 employees responsible for approximately $500M in annual revenue. Prior to T-Mobile, Neeley served as the vice president of sales, western region for MFN (formerly Metromedia Fiber Network) where he increased revenues in enterprise accounts by 437%. Before joining MFN, Neeley served as the executive director of national accounts for Northpoint Communications.

Neeley holds a bachelor's degree in administration-finance from California State University, Chico.
