EVAULT DELIVERS CONTINUED PROFITABLE GROWTH FOR THE TENTH CONSECUTIVE QUARTER

Business Momentum Driven By Tremendous Customer Growth, More Industry Accolades, And New And Enhanced Products And Services

Emeryville, Calif. – November 3, 2006 – EVault, Inc., the trusted experts in complete data protection solutions, today announced record results for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2007, which ended September 30, 2006. The company's revenue for the first quarter was the highest in the company's history. EVault also reported that for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, total revenues grew more than 44 percent and net income increased 503 percent compared to the previous year. These results continued the company's strong trend of delivering sustained profitable growth for the 10th straight quarter.

EVault's continued growth and success was driven by a significant increase in new customers, which raised the customer base by more than 37 percent from the previous year. In anticipation of further company growth, EVault increased the number of employees by 57 percent with plans to add even more staff as new business opportunities materialize. The company is expanding its North American and European sales efforts to support the growing demand for the company's backup and recovery, archiving, e-discovery, business continuity and compliance software and services, and recently opened a new sales and services office in Salt Lake City, Utah. EVault now has seven offices worldwide.

EVault's success earned the company recognition again this year in a number of coveted top industry listings and awards over recent months. The company ranked number 104, for its 2,032 percent growth rate over a five-year period, on Deloitte's 2006 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. In addition, EVault ranked 7th on the Deloitte's Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing software and information technology firms in the region.

EVault earned recognition for the second consecutive year from Inc. magazine, ranking 191 on its 2006 Inc. 500 list. The Inc. 500 list ranks privately held companies, representing the vanguard of the American industry, according to year-over-year sales growth. EVault's products were also recognized through the Storage Products Guide Product Excellence Awards, receiving four awards for: Excellence in Online Backup; Excellence in Secure Storage Solution; Excellence in Storage Security and Excellence in Storage Solution for Healthcare.
