EVault BasicsLength of Training: 1 day This training track is designed to teach your business and IT managers how to maximize EVault technology to meet their business and compliance needs. It provides a business-focused overview of EVault products and services and use case studies to explore how EVault products can be used to solve common business and compliance problems. » Agenda ( Agent ManagementLength of Training: 3 days The EVault Agent Management Track is designed for Protect™ customers that use our managed service to back up their business-critical data to one of our secure data centers. In this track we cover:
» Agenda ( InfoStage ManagementLength of Training: 4 days As business needs and requirements change, so does your data protection strategy. For this reason, customers that license EVault InfoStage need to have a system administrator in house that can configure the InfoStage Director, Central Control and Agents. This education track provides the necessary information for a customer to maintain and manage their own Vault along with their own Agents. » Agenda ( Vault AdministrationLength of Training: 5 days The Vault Administration Track covers the setup and maintenance of an InfoStage Vault as well as some of the advanced features of the Vault. These topics include use of portable Vaults, tapes, and USB drives. The student will also learn about Dual Vault setups, the MS SQL database, and the Vault Backup Agent.
