"I wish to express Fremont Bank's sincere appreciation for the exceptional help that EVault's staff provided in restoring our Branch File Server.

Your staff, most notably David Moore and William Schneider, were model professionals who provided exceptional service and technical expertise to help us restore our Brookvale Branch File Server.

"The server crashed Thursday afternoon about 1PM, and a call was made to EVault to order a tape to restore the server. David Moore was contacted and he helped us plan the restoration process. The tape, a DLT4, was made in Sacramento by William Schneider, who then personally drove the tape to Hayward where it was to be restored on the re-built server. This is about a three hour drive.

"David made sure that the tape and drive would be compatible with our equipment, and provided a tape drive for the restore as well. David asked the question, "Do you have a SCSI cable for the Drive?". "Yes" we replied... Well, our SCSI cables were not the right type of cable needed, and William had to return to the Walnut Creek office to get the right cable... David arranged to meet William half way and delivered the cable. This Pony Express action and attitude saved over an hour of drive time in retrieving the cable.

"Once everything was on site in Hayward, William assisted us with the tape restoration of Brookvale's server. The restoration of the server was flawless. Also while he was on site, William corrected our restoration setup of another server and got it working properly. William stayed on site until the restoration completed at 8 PM.

"David and William provided an exceptional level of professional service well beyond what was expected, and we are very grateful. I commend David and William for a job Well Done!
