The EVault Protect service is invaluable to the IT operations at Mission Community Bank.It reduces the number of employees needed to perform backups and tape rotations at each server location. We now maintain a much more consistent backup and recovery process with our offsite data storage. After the backup procedures were set up, no manual process is needed except to check our email to ensure a successful backup was completed for the prior day. The customer support staff is excellent and always available to assist us. They have been very supportive and have even given our Bank a call to offer assistance when they noticed a server had not backed up one day. The staff is very knowledgeable and is always looking for ways to assist in making the backup process smooth and efficient. Restoring files is a concern for Mission Community Bank and its Business Resumption Team. EVault offers the ability to backup from any location, utilizing a secure Internet connection. They also provide the Bank the option to have other types of media delivered to the Bank along with hardware to read the media in case of an emergency. We have already had to restore lost files to our network and found the software to be easy to navigate and execute.
