We have found the EVault Protect service to be of immense benefit.Immediately, we were able to totally eliminate the access requirements to the secured areas where the file servers were located in each of our locations, and reduce the time spent in tape backup for each of these locations. Concurrently, the EVault solution has helped eliminate human error as a culprit for ineffective backup processes for any one or all of our sites. We've been able to reduce manpower expenditures relating to backup as well. Finally, the automated transfer of data to the secure site has precluded the local or off-site storage vault requirements. All things considered, it has been an effortless move to a smarter way of providing a more secure backup facility for the Bank. Jack Buchold |
