You can create your company's initial backup, or seed, or recover data more quickly than is possible when pulling it directly from the Internet. Our expert vault administrators will walk you through every task, making seed creation and data recovery painless.
How Does It Work?
How do the services work—for creating seeds? First, we send you a USB or direct attached storage (DAS) device. Then our experts walk you through the backup tasks, and you save the data to the appliance. When the backup is complete, you ship the appliance back to EVault. We transfer the data to our top-tier vaults. You can start delta backups immediately.
How do the services work—for performing restores? After you contact EVault Customer Service, we export the data you need from our vault to a mobile storage appliance and ship it to your location. You connect the appliance and restore the data—then simply return the device to us when finished. "
